Mark Raiss is a distinguished expert in the infrastructure sector, with extensive experience in bridges, roads, railways, and underground structures. Beginning as a bridge engineer, he has led multi-disciplinary teams on major projects worldwide, including the UK, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia. Mark’s passion for innovative, cost-effective solutions has driven advancements in construction methods, reducing costs and carbon impact. His notable projects include the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail), HS2, and NEOM Infrastructure. Mark has held senior roles such as Chairman of Benaim and Managing Director at URS Hong Kong. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
