Ozma is an experienced Architect with management as well as a design background, with a broad base of professional experience from small scale residential building types to multi-million-pound new build projects. Ozma has over 25 years' experience as a registered Architect across Middle East and the UK.

Ozma's technical experience includes working on NEOM, Allula, Horizon Nuclear Power, Magnox Limited, and nuclear submarine facilities at Devonport. Ozma has also worked on several Government facilities through the Scape framework. Her industrial experience includes working on a large automotive factory for Dyson.

Ozma has strong leadership qualities, demonstrated thorough management of small teams on commercial, residential and hospitality projects in Dubai. She also has an MSc in BIM and Integrated Design.
