Rajeevan Rameth brings over 30 years of experience in delivering major Structural and Civil Engineering projects globally. A Chartered Structural Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers, Rajeevan is a seasoned leader renowned for his strategic approach to managing complex engineering projects, developing multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing large-scale infrastructure developments.

As Managing Partner and Director of Design and Engineering, Rajeevan is responsible for driving the technical excellence and innovation that define StrucX’s approach to engineering. He leverages his extensive experience across high-profile metro, rail, nuclear, airport, and building projects to lead and mentor teams in delivering world-class solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and efficiency.

Previously, Rajeevan has held significant technical leadership roles at Atkins as Technical Authority on Riyadh Metro project & Senior Design Director at AECOM on NEOM Spine project, two of the world’s largest engineering consulting firms.
