Richard has gained over 25 years' experience in the Architectural and Construction industry as an Architectural Designer, BIM Management demonstrating contemporary designs and project management, serving his time and experience from companies like Atkins, Aecom, Balfour Beatty, and Mace Construction. His involvements included in Retail, Education, Aviation, Data Centres and Government led projects.

Richard's project experience includes NEOM, Dyson, Devonport, Facebook, RAF, and Ummahat Alshaykh Island Resort, Saudi Arabia (Red Sea Development). Richard is a key leader in design and development in the realms of digital technology, integration of building designs in 3D environment, demonstrating new ways to engage with clients and immerse with technology such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Reality (VR) Augmented Reality (AR).
