His expertise is particularly focused on the port sector, where he possesses comprehensive end-to-end capabilities in port development, including business advisory, feasibility studies, design and engineering services, construction management, and operational consulting. His most recent experiences have equipped him with the ability to leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver smart and green port solutions for his clients.

Driven by a passion for global infrastructure development, Xin has extensive experience managing key accounts and understanding their challenges. His diverse work experience at Atkins, CHEC, PwC, and Envision has allowed him to build end-to-end capabilities in leading multi-disciplinary teams to create value and address clients' increasingly complex challenges.
